Every year entrepreneurs and businesses submit their innovative ideas to the Idea Challenge for the opportunity to receive free business advice, support, and a chance to win one of 9 prizes – including a $5,000 Grand Prize in reimbursable business expenses.
This year we had a lot of great submissions come through, and the final five innovative ideas have been selected. The final five individuals are listed below (in no particular order):
Jeff Dykes – awaiting patent
Tony Olson – awaiting patent, currently has secured a licensing agreement with a local manufacturer
Zacharious and Jamie Pappas – Earthbound Environmental Solutions
James Sullivan – Sullivan Tip Downs
Matt Unser – awaiting patent
These ideas will all be presented in December in front of a panel of judges. The recipient of the 2014 Grand Prize for the Idea Challenge will be announced after the presentations.
