Q. Do I have to pay online right after I register?

A. You can choose to pay online or we will add an invoice to your confirmation email.



Q. What if I don’t have 5 people for a team?

A. You can still sign up. Your payment reserves a spot for your team. 5 team members is the total amount allowed, but you can have less people. 

If you’re interested, we can assist you in finding solo shooters to round out your team, though it is not guaranteed that we will find one. You and the shooters will work out payment details on your own.



Q. What’s all included in my team registration fee?

A. Included in trap shooting team only registration (five shooters):

  • Shells

  • Clays

  • Food truck meals

  • Two drink tickets per shooter (redeemable in the clubhouse)

  • A special complimentary gift!

 

B. Included in trap shooting team & Annie Oakley tickets registration (five shooters):

  • Shells

  • Clays

  • 5 Annie Oakley tickets (can be used by anyone on the shooting team)

  • Food truck meals

  • Two drink tickets per shooter (redeemable in the clubhouse)

  • A special complimentary gift

 

Additional On-Site Amenities:

  • Annie Oakley shooting competitions - Tickets available at event if they are not purchased beforehand 

  • Lunch available all day

  • On-site ATM; we also accept Venmo



Q. Should I bring my own gun?

A.You can! If you don’t have one, you can check one out through the Rod and Gun club at no charge.

If you do bring your own gun, leave it in your vehicle when you arrive and come inside the clubhouse to check-in.

 

Q. What do I do with the gun when I’m not shooting?

A. All guns are to be kept unloaded, on the gun racks or pointed in a safe direction with actions open until the shooters are called to the trap line.

Actions remain open until it is your turn to shoot.



Q. What type of guns do you have shells for?

A. 12 gauge and 20 gauge available 



Q. What is there to do besides shooting?

  • Gun boards and raffle baskets

  • Big Buck Hunter video game 

  • Pinball Machine

  • Clubhouse will be open



Q. How will this fundraiser benefit the EDC?

A. The Eau Claire Area EDC is dedicated to boosting economic growth across Altoona, Augusta, Eau Claire, Fairchild, and Fall Creek.

 

We provide free support services to local businesses and entrepreneurs, focusing on areas like business growth, talent development, and attracting new ventures.

 

Your contribution directly contributes to our mission of fostering economic prosperity in Eau Claire and surrounding areas.

Q. Can people who are not shooting attend?

A. Of course!

We want you to invite other colleagues to watch your team or simply hang out for the afternoon.



Q. When should my team arrive before assigned shooting time?

A. We recommend all teams arrive one hour early to ensure smooth check-in, receipt of shells, and your complimentary gift.



Q. What is the minimum age?

A. None - Though your child must be supervised at all times.
